About Develory
The right scheme for the site.
Develory is a Cambridge-based developer and builder, established in 2020 and part of the Haslop Group. We take schemes from the first sketch to the finished building: homes, shops and the spaces between them.
Every site is different. We design for the land in front of us (its shape, setting and neighbours) rather than forcing a standard scheme onto it. Then we make the case for it, and build it with care.

How we work

01 Site and design
We start with the land: its shape, access, setting and neighbours. The design follows from what the site can be.
02 Planning
We make the case for the scheme, working with planners, consultants and the local community.
03 Build
We build it ourselves, managing every stage on site with the same care we put into the design.
04 Handover
Finished homes and spaces, ready to be lived in, worked in and enjoyed.
